Terms of Use
Version 1.1.0 · CRMPMU platform
In one sentence: the account is yours, your clients’ data is yours, and we operate the tool — without using that data for our own purposes and without crossing anything between accounts.
Who is responsible for what is detailed in the DPA (in Portuguese). What we do with YOUR data is in the Privacy Policy.
TERMS OF USE — CRMPMU PLATFORM
Version 1.1.0
1. WHAT THE PLATFORM IS
CRMPMU is a management and professional-growth platform for permanent makeup
artists and beauty and health professionals. It brings together, in a single
account, the clinic's operation (schedule, client records, finance), in-person
courses, digital products and mentoring.
2. THE ACCOUNT AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT
2.1 The account belongs to the professional (or the company) that created it.
She is the account holder and is responsible for what happens inside it.
2.2 The account holder may invite team members and define each one's role.
What each role can reach is declared in the system and is auditable.
2.3 Each person is responsible for keeping their own credentials. Password
and second factor are not to be shared — whoever shares them takes
responsibility for what is done with them.
2.4 The account holder must keep a second factor (2FA) active. Accounts with
power over client data and over money require 2FA to sign in.
3. WHAT YOU MAY DO
3.1 Use the platform for your legitimate professional operation.
3.2 Register clients, record appointments, issue charges, and send
communications to those who consented to receive them.
3.3 Export your data at any time, in a readable format.
4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
4.1 Use the platform to send unsolicited messages to people who did not
consent, or to get around an unsubscribe.
4.2 Attempt to access another account's data, probe other accounts, or
exploit flaws instead of reporting them. Every attempt is logged.
4.3 Resell, sublicense or expose access to the platform to third parties
other than your declared team.
4.4 Upload unlawful content, or health data of a person who did not consent.
5. YOUR CLIENTS' DATA
5.1 The data you register is YOURS and your clients' — not ours. You are the
controller; we are the processor. This is detailed in the Data
Processing Agreement (DPA), accepted together with these Terms.
5.2 We do not use your clients' data for our own purposes, we do not sell it
and we do not cross it with data from another account.
5.3 Isolation between accounts is enforced in the database, not only in the
application, and is verified by automated tests on every change.
6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
6.1 We work to keep the platform available, with backup and point-in-time
recovery. We do not promise uninterrupted operation: maintenance,
third-party failures and incidents happen.
6.2 We give reasonable advance notice of changes that reduce functionality
you already use.
6.3 Changes to these Terms raise the version. Accepting version 1.1.0
is not accepting a future version — when the text changes, we will ask
for a new acceptance.
7. PAYMENT AND TERMINATION
7.1 The plans, prices and limits in force are those shown in your account.
7.2 You may close the account whenever you want. On closing, data is deleted
or returned within 30 days, except for what the law requires to be kept
(tax documents, clinical records).
7.3 We may suspend an account in case of fraud, unlawful use or risk to
third parties. Suspension preserves the data — it does not erase it.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 The platform is a work tool, not clinical, legal, accounting or tax
advice. Professional decisions are yours.
8.2 We are not liable for loss arising from misuse, from shared credentials,
or from data that you yourself deleted.
9. JURISDICTION AND CONTACT
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Contact for personal data
matters: suporte@pmuplay.com.br.
When the account is created, the acceptance is recorded with the document version, the cryptographic digest of the Portuguese text, the date, the IP address and the browser. The record is immutable — not even CRMPMU alters it.
